April 20, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 64 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 53 MOTION for Attorney Fees and Costs filed by Lisa Evans, Denise Starks. After weighing the relevant factors and considerations, the undersigned recommends that the Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorneys' Fees be granted in part as set forth herein in the amount of $15,427.00. Additionally, the undersigned recommends that Plaintiffs be awarded $589.90 as reasonable and necessary litigation costs associated with the proceedings. Under Rule 72(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, any party has fourteen (14) days from receipt of this Report and Recommendation in which to file any written objections to this Recommendation with the District Court. Any party opposing said objecti ons shall have fourteen (14) days from receipt of any objections filed in this Report in which to file any response to said objections. Failure to file specific objections within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Report and Recommendation can constitute a waiver of further appeal of this Recommendation.
