It is further ORDERED that this preliminary injunction shall become effective immediately upon the posting of a bond by Plaintiff Marine Life Sciences in the amount of $200,000 and shall continue until the earliest of the following: any decision or ruling on injunctive relief by the arbitrator; a judgment on the merits by the arbitrator; or further order of this Court.
