May 15, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 9 MEMORANDUM DECISION and ORDER: It is therefore ordered that: Although the Court has already granted Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis, Plaintiff must still eventually pay $350.00, the full amount of the fi ling fee. Plaintiff must pay an initial partial filing fee of $22.37 within thirty days of the date of this Order, or his complaint will be dismissed. Plaintiff must make monthly payments to twenty percent of the preceding months income credited to Plaintiff's account.
