August 15, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 41 DOCKET TEXT ORDER FOR CASE TO BE REASSIGNED. On April 18, 2017, the court issued DOCKET TEXT ORDER REQUESTING CASE STATUS UPDATE. Because there had been no activity in this case since August 2015, the court ordered Plaintiff to, within 14 days after the date of the order, provide the court with a case status report. Plaintiff was warned that his failure to do so could result in this case being dismissed without prejudice.However, because Plaintiff had not entered any appearance, he presumably did not receive notice of the above-referenced order. Consequently, the court attempted to contact Plaintiff's counsel to obtain a case status update. Although several messages were left for Plaintiff's counsel, the court received no response.Because Plaintiff has failed to enter any appearance, consent to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge by all parties is not possible.
