August 22, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 30 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - The Court REMANDS the ALJs decision for further discussion as to why he assigned Mr. Bagley, Dr. Brown, and Dr. Delcores opinions little weight. The ALJ should expand his RFC findings to explain how the RFC accommodates Ms. Joness mental limitations.
