September 23, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 33 MEMORANDUM DECISION: Before the court is Plaintiff Tammy L. McKelvies appeal of the Commissioners final decision determining that she was not disabled and therefore not entitled to Disability Insurance Benefits under Title II of the S ocial Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423(d). The court affirms the final decision of the Commissioner. The court concludes that all of Plaintiffs arguments are unavailing. IT IS SO ORDERED.
