OPINION AND ORDER Affirming in Part, Reversing in Part, and Remanding the Bankruptcy Court's July 1, 2014 Order Dismissing Appellant's Case With Prejudice. The court REVERSES the Bankruptcy Court's denial of Debtor's request for a continuance and its dismissal of this case with prejudice and REMANDS the case for reconsideration of those issues consistent with applicable law.
