ORDER: With apologies to the parties, the Court's September 2, 2014, order dismissing the case was entered in error and is hereby vacated. The 25 stipulation of dismissal is so ordered and the defendants listed in the 25 stipulation are dismissed from the case. For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, the claims against the remaining defendants shall be transferred to the District of Vermont.
