Filing 4 ORDER DENYING MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE REFERENCE. The Amended Plaintiffs Motion to File Sur-Reply (ECF No. 3 at 9-12) is GRANTED and Plaintiffs Sur-Reply is accepted as filed. Defendants motion to withdraw the reference ECF No. 1 is DENIED with le ave to renew at a later date. The Bankruptcy Court will resolve the disgorgement component of the case and conduct all pretrial proceedings relative to the malpractice component.
