Petitioner's #1 Petition for a Preliminary Injunction, #5 Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of Petition for Preliminary Injunctive Relief, and #11 Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of a Motion for an Expedited Hearing do not comply with various Local Rules, including but not limited to Local Civil Rule 7(b)(1), which requires that "argument in support of [a] motion shall not be made in a separate document but shall be submitted as part of the motion itself."
