Plaintiff may have until October 1, 2014, to file an amended complaint that provides a short and plain statement of a Title VII claim against defendants. If plaintiff fails to timely amend her complaint, the court will dismiss this action, without prejudice, for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
