Order Granting Motion to Reschedule and Resetting the Motion of the Debtors and Debtors-In-Possession for Entry of an Order Enforcing Automatic Stay - First Horizon Bank, through its Counsel, filed this Motion to Reschedule a Hearing that had been set for 11/20/2023, a day when other matters in this large chapter 11 case are already scheduled. The Debtors Motion was prompted by a Complaint filed in Tennessee state court seeking various forms of relief that might interfere with the Debtors' business. That Complaint was apparently filed 11/1/2023 (See Doc 134, Exhibit B) and per representations by Debtors' Counsel, set for "emergency hearing" for 11/3/2023 on very short notice. Thus the matters in the Debtors Motion are crucial, time sensitive and due to be heard quickly. To avoid unnecessary expense and yet also accommodate First Horizon Bank's Counsel, the Court finds it appropriate to grant the Motion and reset the Debtors' Motion for 11/13/2023, also a day when other matters in this case are already set. Now therefore, based on the foregoing, Motion of First Horizon Bank is GRANTED.
