ORDER - Mr. Reames' notice of removal does not identify the ground for removal, except to argue that the concurrent state and federal prosecutions violate the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. (Doc. #1 at 1). That is not a ground for removal of a criminal case. Accordingly, the court sua sponte REMANDS this case to the Circuit Court of Cleburne County, Alabama.
