DISMISSAL ORDER: This action concerns a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus. On August 8, 2023, the Magistrate Judge entered an order in which she asked the petitioner, Mr. Forbes, to explain why his claims should not be dismissed because he has not exhausted his claims. (Doc. 3). In response, Mr. Forbes has filed a motion to dismiss this matter without prejudice so that he may exhaust his claims. (Doc. 4).
