For the reasons stated on the record at the hearing, the court hereby GRANTS TWS's motion to dismiss Plaintiff Leftwich, an Indiana resident alleging claims that arise under Indiana law, for lack of personal jurisdiction over TWS in Alabama. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES Plaintiff Leftwich WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refile her claim in another forum where she may establish personal jurisdiction over TWS. Elizabeth Leftwich terminated.
