MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - The Court DENIES Sigmatechs motion to dismiss Mr. Temples FCA claim. The Court GRANTS Sigmatechs motion to dismiss Mr. Temples retaliation claim to the extent that it rests on Mr. Temples allegations concerning the E3 facility.
