The Court returns Greg To lars Title VII retaliation claim against the Bank to Judge Ott for further proceedings consistent with this memorandum opinion. Andrew Tolars and Reid Tolars Title VII retaliation claims against the Bank remain pending. The Court will enter a separate order consistent with this memorandum opinion.
