MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons discussed above, the Court adopts Judge Otts report and accepts his recommendation that the Court dismiss with prejudice the plaintiffs Title VII retaliation claims against Bradley Arant. The Court returns Greg To lars Title VII retaliation claim against the Bank to Judge Ott for further proceedings consistent with this memorandum opinion. Andrew Tolars and Reid Tolars Title VII retaliation claims against the Bank remain pending. The Court will enter a separate order consistent with this memorandum opinion.
