Filing 32 MEMORANDUM OPINION Therefore, on the record before it, the Court accepts Judge Otts recommendation. The Court will enter judgment in favor of UAHSF and the Board on Ms. Allens FMLA claims. The Court will dismiss those claims with prejudice. The Co urt also declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Ms. Allens state law claims. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3), the Court will dismiss Ms. Allens state law claims without prejudice.
