September 26, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 75 MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons discussed above, the Court enters judgment in favor of Officer Easterwood on Mr. Robinsons § 1983 claim. The Court also enters judgment in favor of Officer Easterwood and Lieutenant Rankin on Mr. Robinsons wrongful death claims. The Court will enter a separate order closing this case. September 30, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 16 MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons discussed above, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the defendants motion to dismiss. Mr. Robinson is ORDERED to amend his first amended complaint within fourteen days to add factual allegations to suppor t his § 1983 training and supervision claim against the City of Hueytown and Officer Hagler in Count II.
