The court ORDERS that all claims in this action, except the Fourteenth Amendment Due Process claim against defendants Gilbert and Thrasher for involuntarily medicating the plaintiff, are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b).
