June 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 244 MEMORANDUM OPINION - By separate order, for the reasons discussed above, the Court will enter judgment for the Shire defendants on Mr. Blackburn's AEMLD failure to warn claim as a matter of law. Because that is the only remaining claim in this c ase, the Court will dismiss this case with prejudice. The Court thanks the parties for their excellent briefs and oral argument.
