MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART G4Ss motion for summary judgment (Doc. 19). The Court enters judgment as a matter of law in favor of G4S on Mr. McGuires Title VII pay discrimination claim . The Court DISMISSES that claim WITH PREJUDICE. The Court DENIES summary judgment with respect to Mr. McGuires Title VII retaliation claim. The Court ENTERS judgment as a matter of law in favor of G4S on its after-acquired evidence defense. The Court SETS Mr. McGuires Title VII retaliation claim for a jury trial at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. By separate order, the Court will provide the parties will pre-trial instructions.
