MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For all of the foregoing reasons, Crosby's motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. (Doc. 28). Specifically, the motion is GRANTED as to Schafer's claim for conversion, which is DISMISSED for f ailure to state a claim. The motion is DENIED as to Schafer's claims for an accounting and for breach of fiduciary duty. The parties are ORDERED to file an amended Rule 26(f) report within fourteen calendar days.
