It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Defendants' Motion To Dismiss is GRANTED as to Counts Ten, Eleven, Thirteen, Fourteen, and Fifteen. Those Counts are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
