Filing 62 MEMORANDUM OPINION Based on the undersigned's findings (1) Johnson has engaged in a clear pattern of delay and willful contempt and (2) lesser sanctions will not suffice, the City Defendants' motion, 56 , and Gibbs' joinder in that motion, 57 , are GRANTED, and this case is due to be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
