August 23, 2017	Filing 21 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER- It is ORDERED as follows: 1) The Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs is DIRECTED to permit Dr. Ajmal Khan to provide document production pursuant to the subpoena duces tecum contained in the administrative re cord; provided that document Request No 2 is STRICKEN, and Dr. Khan may not produce any of his publications 2) The Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs is DIRECTED to permit Dr. Ajmal Khan to provide deposition testimony by September 1, 20 17 and not exceeding three (3) hours in duration 3) Dr. Khan's deposition testimony shall be limited only to factual matters concerning his treatment of the pltf and he shall not be allowed to express any expert or opinion testimony 4) In all other respects, this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
