The court ORDERS the parties to file, in writing, on or before April 20, 2020, a joint statement indicating what prejudgment interest would be as of that date, based on a back pay award of $10,853.84. September 23, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 68 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 47 - The court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants' motion for summary judgment. The court WILL ENTER SUMMARY JUDGMENT in favor of Defendants and against Ms. Collins on Counts One, Four, and Five. The court DENIES the motion for summary judgment on Count Two with respect to Ms. Collins' 2017 failure-to-promote claim and her termination claim. Based on Ms. Collins' express concession, the court DISMISSES all other claims. Because this o rder resolves all claims against Mr. Elrod, the court DIRECTS the Clerk to term Mr. Elrod as a defendant. The case will proceed to trial on Count Two.
