Filing 2 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Regarding the two individual defendants, Mr. Beglin alleges that Shannon Scott and Mike McCullers are residents of Alabama. (Doc. 1, 3-4). These jurisdictional allegations are insufficient to establish that the Court has jurisdiction over this case. These pleading defects must be cured before the Court may determine whether it has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this dispute.2 On or before October 12, 2018, Mr. Beglin shall correct the flaws in his jurisdictional allegations.
