Filing 15 TEXT ORDER: On January 3, 2019, the undersigned partially granted the parties' joint motion to stay this case, pending an election regarding consent to magistrate judge jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c). (Doc. 12 ). The parties subsequently consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction. (Doc. #13 ). The balance of the stay requested in the joint motion is GRANTED and this matter is STAYED until May 20, 2019.
