TEXT ORDER This matter is before the court on the removal of this action. In the Complaint. Plaintiff moved for an immediate temporary restraining order seeking to enjoin a foreclosure sale set for December 19, 2018. The state court set a hearing on the Motion for the TRO for December 5, 2018, the day before the case was removed. In light of these pressing matters, this case is SET for a status conference in chambers of the undersigned at the Hugo L. Black U.S. Courthouse, 1729 Fifth Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. On or before 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2018, the parties SHALL file a joint report regarding the status of the foreclosure sale and matters occurring at the December 5, 2018 hearing.
