ORDER - Pro se plaintiff Melinda Annette Patton has asked for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, and she has asked the Court to appoint counsel to represent her. (Doc. #2 ). The Court finds that Ms. Patton is indigent and grants her motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court asks the Clerk to please file this action without prepayment of a filing fee. Ms. Pattons lawsuit involves a disability claim under the Social Security Act. (See Doc. #1 ). Ms. Pattons claim is not so novel or complex that she requires assistance presenting it to the Court.
