April 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER - Pro se Plaintiff Rebecca Strozier-Johnson filed a complaint (doc. #1 ) and a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (doc. #2 ). The court finds that Ms. Strozier-Johnson is indigent. Therefore, the court GRANTS Ms. Strozier-Johnsons motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and DIRECTS the Clerk to file this action without prepayment of fees. Within 14 days of entry of this order, Ms. Strozier-Johnson SHALL file an amended complaint. If Ms. Strozier-Johnson does not amend her complaint consistent with this order, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), the court may dismiss this action for failure to prosecute.
