Filing 3 ORDER - Pro se Plaintiff Rebecca Strozier-Johnson filed a complaint (doc. #1 ) and a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (doc. #2 ). The court finds that Ms. Strozier-Johnson is indigent. Therefore, the court GRANTS Ms. Strozier-Johnsons motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and DIRECTS the Clerk to file this action without prepayment of fees.
