TEXT ORDER his matter is before the court on the parties' Joint Status Report #11 . The court previously ordered the parties to indicate whether they wish to proceed with briefing on Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Enforcement. 10 . The parties have indicated that they do not wish to proceed with briefing at this time, but instead wish to continue pursuing informal resolution of this matter. The Clerk of Court is therefore DIRECTED to administratively terminate the motion 10 . The termination is without prejudice to Plaintiff refiling the motion if the parties are unable to reach an informal resolution. On or before July 12, 2019, the parties SHALL file a second joint status report updating the court on the status of their discussions, indicating whether this action has been resolved, and, if necessary, proposing next steps for this litigation.
