Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) and (2), and consistent with the prisoners signed Prisoner Consent Form (copy attached) authorizing payment of the required $350.00 filing fee from the prisoners inmate account, the undersigned DIRECTS the warden or chief jailer of the prison or jail in which the prisoner is incarcerated to deduct from the prisoner's account and remit to the court an initial partial filing fee of $2.70 when it becomes available.
