ORDER - This matter comes before the court on Plaintiffs George L. Glazner, Sr. and Lori Hicks-Glazners' unopposed motion to remand. (Doc. #5 ). Because the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the state law claims asserted against Defendant Pro-Fit, Inc., the court GRANTS the motion (doc. #5 ), and REMANDS this case to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama for further proceedings.
