Filing 16 TEXT ORDER: On September 18, 2019, the plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which is now the operative complaint in this matter. (Doc. #11 ). Accordingly, the motion to dismiss filed by two defendants, Reliant Loan Servicing, LLC, and SN Servicing Corporation, which is aimed at the original complaint, is MOOT. (Doc. #4 ). Reliant and SN Servicing's unopposed motion seeking an extension of time to respond to the amended complaint is GRANTED; these defendants SHALL respond to the amended complaint by October 23, 2019. (Doc. #15 ). Finally, on September 24, 2019, the other two defendants, Land Home Financial Services, Inc., and Panatte, LLC, filed a motion to dismiss the amended complaint. (Doc. #14 ). The plaintiff is ORDERED to file any response to the pending motion to dismiss within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this order.
