Since it has not filed an answer, the City appears to be in default. However, Plaintiffs have failed to seek default judgment against the City. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs SHOW CAUSE within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order why this action should not be dismissed for want of prosecution.
