TEXT ORDER: Target Corp. removed this action to federal court based on 28 U.S.C. 1331, 1332, 1441, and 1446. (Doc. #1 ). Ms. Harris has asked the Court to remand this action to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama. (Doc. #4 ). Ms. Harris contends that the amount in controversy does not exceed the amount in controversy threshold of 28 U.S.C. 1332 and that her claim does not require resolution of an issue of federal law so as to implicate 28 U.S.C. 1331. The Court sets this matter for a Zoom videoconference on Wednesday, July 8 at 3:00 p.m. The Court will provide the log-in information by separate email to the parties.
