ORDER - Mr. Pittman completed an affidavit in support of his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, but he did not sign the affidavit. Because the affidavit is incomplete, the court DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. #2 ). The court finds that Mr. Pittman's claims are not so novel or complex that he requires assistance presenting those claims to the court at this stage in the litigation. Therefore, the court DENIES Mr. Pittman's motion for appointment of counsel. (Doc. #2 ). The court also DENIES Mr. Pittman's motion for permission to file documents electronically. (Doc. #3 ). On or before October 29, 2020, Mr. Pittman SHALL file an amended complaint that adequately pleads facts establishing that the court has diversity of citizenship jurisdiction over this case. Also on or before October 29, 2020, Mr. Pittman may file an amended affidavit in support of his motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the filing fee of $400.00.
