ORDER - Plaintiff LaNitra Jeter has filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and for appointment of counsel. (Doc. #2 ). The information provided in Ms. Jeters motion does not establish that she is financially eligible to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, the court DENIES IN PART the motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Ms. Jeter must pay a $200.00 filing fee to the court on or before December 1, 2020. If she does not do so, the court will dismiss the action without prejudice. Further, the court DENIES Ms. Jeters motion for appointment of counsel.
