TEXT ORDER: The Court recognizes many Title III Americans with Disabilities Act claims are resolved by agreement between the parties. Therefore, within 60 days of the date on which EPAC Investments LLC appears in this case, Ms. Parker and EPAC Investments LLC shall please meet and confer to explore the possibility of settlement. Within 30 days of their meeting, Ms. Parker and EPAC Investments LLC shall please file a joint notice apprising the Court of the status of their efforts to resolve this matter. If Ms. Parker and EPAC Investments LLC are not able to resolve Ms. Parker's claims through their initial discussion, then the Court will place this matter on an expedited discovery track.
