ORDER - Having reviewed Harris's motions, they are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. As to Harris's requests to proceed in forma pauperis, the undersigned finds Harris is indigent. Therefore, the motions are GRANTED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1), to the extent Harris may commence each action without prepayment of fees or costs or the giving of security. However, for the reasons discussed below, Harris must file an amended complaint. Furthermore, as explained more fully below, Harris's requests for an attorney are DENIED. For these reasons, Harris is ORDERED to file a consolidated amended complaint bearing these case numbers ("2:22-00193-JHE" and "2:22-00194-JHE") on the first page within twenty-one (21) days from the entry date of this order.
