ORDER: Devon Easley has filed a motion seeking the full names and badge numbers of deputies at the Shelby County Jail and all video footage from his detention there. (Doc. 24). The motion is DENIED. The court again ADVISES Easley that on or before June 7, 2022, he must (1) file a complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 and/or Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), and (2) either pay the filing fee of $350 andadministrative fee of $52 (i.e., a total of $402) to the Clerk of Court or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis.
