TEXT ORDER: For the reasons stated during the April 22, 2022 telephone conference in this matter, the Court grants without prejudice the EEOC's motion to quash. (Doc. #1 ). Consistent with the discussion during the telephone conference, if the EEOC and HMMA wish to renew their arguments after the parties in case 2:19-cv-00767-ECM-SMD in the Middle District of Alabama have deposed one another, the parties may request another conference with the Court regarding a proposed deposition of the EEOC investigator.
