TEXT ORDER: Before the Court is Oxford Pharmaceutical's emergency motion for a temporary restraining order and motion for a preliminary injunction. (Doc. #2 ). The parties have notified the Court through email that "Oxford and the Board defendants have reached an agreement to postpone the Board hearing scheduled for next Tuesday until all issues relating to the preliminary injunction motion have been fully litigated." Accordingly, the Court denies as moot the emergency motion for a temporary restraining order. The Court has been informed also that the Board intends to file a motion to dismiss and a response to the motion for a preliminary injunction. To address scheduling and enable the Court to make arrangements for an appropriate preliminary injunction hearing, the Court sets this matter for an initial telephone conference at 2 p.m. CST on August 16, 2022.
