Filing 3 ORDER TO REINSTATE CASE - Based on the foregoing, the court construes the complaint assigned Case No. 2:22-cv-1590-AMM-HNJ as a Motion to Reinstate Case No. 2:22-cv-407-LSC-HNJ, GRANTS Hankins's motion, VACATES the Order of Dismissal entered October 18, 2022 (Case No. 22-407 Doc. 7 ), and REINSTATES Case No. 2:22-cv-407-LSC-HNJ.
