Filing 5 ORDER AMENDING #4 AND ORDER REASSIGNING CASE-On Friday, February 24, 2023, the undersigned's chambers received an email from Plaintiff Shelia K. Watkins. In the email, Ms. Watkins alleges there is a serious mistake in the undersigneds order requiring her to amend her complaint. Ms. Watkins is correct that the order she received contained two types of clerical errors regarding her name. Therefore, the previous order is AMENDED to reflect the correct spelling of Ms. Watkins name. That said, Ms. Watkins also included with her email a copy of a form declining magistrate judge jurisdiction. Therefore, consistent with the General Order for Referral of Civil Matters to the United States Magistrate Judges of the Northern District of Alabama, dated January 2, 2015, the Clerk is DIRECTED to reassign the case to a District Judge for all further proceedings.
