Response to the motion to dismiss #3 is due on or before March 31, 2023; a reply, if any, is due on or before April 7, 2023. Local 78s reply brief, if it files one, must not exceed the courts page limitation. The court DENIES the motion to stay the parties Rule 26 obligations.
