ORDER This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Vacate Judgment. (Doc. # 221). The arguments presented in Plaintiffs' Motion to Vacate either were actually raised, or could have been raised, in response to Defendants' Motions to Dismiss or in the briefing on the matters the court ordered the parties to address. Plaintiffs are attempting to relitigate already decidedissues. "Rule 59(e) is not a vehicle through which litigants may take a proverbial second bite of the apple." Benoit v. Secy, Fla. Dep't of Corr., 2022 WL 2743174, at *4 (11th Cir. July 14, 2022). But, even more fundamentally, principles of equity, comity, and federalism counsel abstention in deference to ongoing and concluded state court proceedings. See Younger, 401 U.S. at 43-44. TEXT ORDER This matter is before the court on the parties' Joint Report #130 and the Motion to Seal #136 . On July 26, 2023, the court required the parties to file a joint report identifying all other documents that fail to comply with Rule 5.2. and the court's CM/ECF administrative procedures and may need to be sealed. On July 31, 2023, Counsel for Plaintiffs and Counsel for Defendants Kim Davidson and Kim Davidson Law Office, LLC filed a Joint Report stating that they had "conferred and inquired from the other parties of record and have not identified any additional documents in the docket that fail to comply with Rule 5.2 and the court's CM/ECF administrative procedures." #130 The court's CM/ECF administrative procedures state "Addresses of Individuals.
