Filing 9 ORDER After Mr. Lewis failed to file an amended complaint as ordered by the magistrate judge initially assigned to the case, this court dismissed the case for lack of prosecution. (Docs. 6, 7). Mr. Lewis then moved to reopen the case, stating that he has just received the magistrate judge's order and the order might have been delivered to his old address. (Doc. 8 at 1). Even if Mr. Lewis had notified the court of his change in address, the few facts he now includes would not suffice to state a claim for employment discrimination.
